We also apply a selective weed killer, this causes the weeds to over-grow and die. (When spraying the weeds we use a spot spray technique - this ensures no unnecessary weed killer is sprayed on the lawn) When the lawn is cut after the treatment the weeds are cut away, with no damage to the grass. Its that simple!
The products and equipment that we use on your lawn are the highest quality available.
This means we only need to visit your lawn 4 or 5 times per year.

WINTER TREATMENT (1 or 2 per year)
This is liquid spay, moss control and liquid feed is sprayed onto the entire lawn. This will kill the moss spores in the lawn, turning any mossy areas a darker colour.

For compacted soil, heavy moss and thatch.
Aeration is a simple process, it consists of perforating the soil and removing a finger sized piece of soil, this then allows the water, air and fertilizer to penetrate to the roots where it is needed for a thicker more vibrant lawn. These cores of soil are left on the lawn to decompose, replenishing the nutrients back into the grass.

For removing moss and thatch.
Thatch effects drainage and feeds moss as well as promoting the growth of fungal infections such as dry patch. The machine we use is very powerful and scrapes the thatch out of the lawn allowing it to be removed from the lawn by rake. We will fill your green bin and bag any excess for your convenience.
